Margaret Kiehne Paterson is a licensed trial attorney in New Jersey. Born and raised in New Brunswick, Ms. Paterson has lived her whole life in Central New Jersey. Before joining the office of Harold J. Gerr, Ms. Paterson worked for John Mulkerin, Ronald Kogos, and the firm of Horowitz & Horowitz. This provided her with legal experience in personal injury, workers compensation, matrimonial, and real estate matters. Since joining Harold J. Gerr seven years ago, Ms. Paterson has focused her legal expertise in the areas of personal injury and worker's compensation.
She is a member of several professional organizations including the New Jersey Bar Association, the Middlesex County Bar Association, the Middlesex County Trial Lawyer Association, and the New Jersey chapter of the American Association for Justice.
Ms. Paterson holds a B.A. in History from Rutgers College and graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity and received her J.D. in 1979. She resides in Central New Jersey with her husband and has three grown children. She speaks German and loves gardening.
